I've practiced law in Arizona since 2013, representing individuals and businesses in litigation, contract disputes, and personal injury matters across the Phoenix metro area.
But my path to the courtroom didn't start in a law library. Before law school, I served as President of McGinnity Homes, where I oversaw daily operations, negotiated contracts with subcontractors and vendors, and managed financing for the construction of new home communities. That experience shapes how I practice law now — particularly when I'm representing business clients. I've been on the other side of the contract. I know what it's like to deal with a vendor dispute, a problem partner, or a deal that didn't go the way it was supposed to. I bring that perspective to every business matter I handle.
I went to law school at Phoenix School of Law and passed the Arizona Bar in 2013. Before that, I earned a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University with concentrations in Urban Planning and Business.
I'm a solo practitioner by choice. When you hire me, you're not handed off to an associate or a paralegal. I handle your case personally, from the first consultation to the final resolution.

I'd rather tell you up front that your case is harder than you thought than take your money and disappoint you later. If the facts don't support what you want to do, I'll tell you. If they do, I'll tell you that too — and I'll explain why.
Most cases settle, and that's usually what's best for clients. My job is to position your case so strongly that the other side wants to settle on terms that work for you. When settlement isn't possible, I'm prepared to litigate through trial.
